we love the viral Oreo icebox cake… but let’s make it mini just for me 🥛🥰 Ingredients: milk for dunking mini @OREO cookies (desired amount) light cool whip (desired amount) 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips dab of coconut oil Instructions: Put a few mini oreos in a resealable bag and crush lightly with the back of a spoon. Set aside. Pour a glass of milk and create a base layer of Oreo cake by dunking 5-6 mini Oreos individually in the milk and placing them in the bottom of a glass cup. Top the Oreo layer with a layer or light cool whip. Repeat this process 2-3 more times, ending with a layer of cool whip. Place cake in the fridge for 1-2 hours for creamy consistency, or in the freezer for thicker consistency. Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl for 30-second increments, stirring each time until melted with a glossy consistency.
