📍Meteora, Greece If you’re planning to visit I’d recommend spending at least one night in Kalabaka or Kastraki and giving yourself some time to explore. We spent a couple nights here, and the town was really cute, I even went to the ophthalmologist and he was great 😂 (mini eye update: there was a “foreign object” in it for like 3 weeks so I had to go get it fished out. It cost me 60€ but I’m now able to see full time which I great 👍) The monasteries are €5 each, cash only, and there are a lot of stairs, so wear shoes! #meteora #greece #travel #europe #fyp

Athens is like reading history one hill at a time. The Parthenon was built to honour Athena, the goddess of wisdom and protector of Athens. Centuries later, Christianity left its mark on the city too, with churches built on the surrounding hills, each telling the story of a different era. Thousands of years later, they’re still standing, reminding us that every generation leaves something behind. 📍Athens, Greece #Athens #Acropolis #Parthenon #History #Greece
