It has low stimulation, ambient white noise, they’re visually tracking the different fish and colours which helps stimulate their developing vision. No screen time was always the goal but having something like this that can be put on (just briefly) for when I need to do dishes or any chores is amazing 🙌🏼 she obviously doesn’t spend all day watching it but anything helps.
