this viral 3 ingredient nutella lava cake was the perfect late-night treat 🍫🌰🍰 Ingredients: 2-3 tbs Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread (filling) 1/2 cup Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread (batter) 1 egg 2 tbs self-rising flour powdered sugar (optional) **if you don’t have self-rising flour, just do 2 tbs all-purpose flour + 1/4 tsp baking powder + a pinch of salt 😊 Instructions: On a parchment lined plate, place 2-3 tbs Nutella spread and freeze for 30-60 minutes or until firm. In a 10-14oz small ramekin, mix 1/2 cup Nutella, egg, and flour until well combined. Place frozen dollop of Nutella in the center of the batter and push until submerged.
