Probably the 2 best flavours after Mango habanero 🤤🤤 Ingredients • 2kg chicken legs (I didn’t have no wings🥲) • 200g Flour • 133g Cornflour Chicken seasoning • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp black pepper • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp onion powder • 1 tbsp salt • ½ tbsp MSG Nashville oil seasoning • Paprika 8g • Cayenne pepper 34g • Smoked paprika 8g • Brown sugar 10g • Garlic powder 10g • Chilli powder 5g • Salt 20g • MSG 20g Lemon pepper seasoning • Just buy this one lol Method 1️⃣ Marinate the chicken with the seasoning (overnight if you can, straight away still works). 2️⃣ For the batter, mix 60% plain flour and 40% cornflour. Add cold water until you get the consistency shown in the video — thin but smooth. 3️⃣ Heat oil to 165°C and fry until golden brown. Wings take around 10 minutes, bigger pieces will take longer. 4️⃣ Take a ladle of the hot frying oil and pour it over the Nashville seasoning and lemon pepper seasoning to toast everything up. 5️⃣ Remove the chicken and coat immediately in the hot seasoning oil. 6️⃣ Rest on a wire rack to let any excess oil drip off.
