My take on Tini’s Mac & Cheese: Broiled only 🧀 The slice at the end is pure gold 🤩 NOT IN VIDEO BUT IMPORTANT: You must use 2 cups of heavy cream after you’ve added the evaporated milk. I just forgot to record it! 😅 & yes, I did make a roux, it’s just cooked down & I didn’t record that process.
