I started with the oxtail, cabbage, and mac & cheese. The oxtail came with that rich gravy that you already know had me wanting to put it on EVERYTHING. My bro went with a beef patty stuffed in coco bread, then had them hit it with that oxtail sauce on top. That combo was OD. 🔥 Then I had to try the fried chicken with the jerk BBQ sauce on the side. Crispy chicken + that sauce for dipping? Yeah, that’s a problem. And I couldn’t leave without the fresh pineapple ginger juice to wash everything down. Sweet, refreshing, with that little ginger kick. Bamboo Grill understood the assignment. 🇯🇲🔥
