CONTEXT: he was staring at me for a solid few minutes as I walked around and sat down. He asked me where I live and when I ignored him he pulled out his phone and took a picture of me I HEARD THE CLICK and then when I pulled my phone out he started acting like he was doing something on his phone. Nearly every woman experiences creepy encounters with men especially in a big city. Defending a man that acts like this is diabolical. Regardless of his vision or mental state I'm not going to defend someone's creepy behavior towards ANYONE.
