Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl for 30-second increments, stirring each time until melted with a glossy consistency. Spread melted chocolate on cookie dough evenly and top with flaky sea salt. Allow dough to set in freezer for another 10-15 min, then slice to break apart into desired sized pieces.
