Ingredients: 8oz salmon fillet 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 tbsps olive oil 1/3 cup diced white onions 1/3 cup sliced green onions 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 eggs 3 cups day old rice 2 tbsps soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp sugar Instructions: Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Heat oil on medium high heat and sear salmon skin side down for 2 minutes and flip over and cook for another 2 minutes. Then turn heat down to low.
