I’m not usually the emotional type, but this 30-minute meal hit me hard.🥹 This was THE meal when my kids were growing up. One of their most requested dinners and always a favorite when friends came over for playdates. Making it again now, as my baby is about to start her senior year, brought me right back to those busy afternoons with a house full of kids. It’s funny how one simple meal can hold so many memories. 🤍 And the best part? It’s an easy all-in-one-pot meal that comes together in about 30 minutes! Add the sliced hot dogs and cook for a few minutes until lightly golden with a nice crust. Add the chopped onion and cook briefly, then add the spices and mix. Add the couscous and 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Continue cooking uncovered until the water reduces to about the same level as the couscous. Cover, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. And just like that, dinner is ready. Enjoy! 🤍 #sivanskitchen #easyrecipes #onepotmeal #backtoschool #hotdogs
